Getting there
Guarda is in central inland Portugal, close to the Spanish border. The most practical airports are Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid — from there you continue by road or rail.
Where to stay
Nearly all our guests are from out of town, so here are a few suggestions in Guarda. Booking ahead is a good idea.
